Terms of Service
1. Scope
(1) These Terms of Service govern all contracts between Global Life Invest LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer") regarding the use of the ClevaBiz platform (hereinafter "Platform").
(2) Deviating terms of the Customer are not recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
2. Service Description
(1) The Platform provides a funding program matching service that helps businesses find suitable US government grants, contracts, and loan programs.
(2) The free Funding Check shows the number of matching programs and the estimated funding potential.
(3) The paid full analysis includes:
- Detailed information on all matching funding programs
- Funding rates and maximum funding amounts
- Direct links to application portals
- Requirements and required documents
(4) Upon request, the Provider connects customers with funding advisors from its partner network. The advisory service itself is not part of the Provider's services.
3. Contract Formation
(1) The presentation of services on the Platform does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to submit an offer.
(2) The Customer submits a binding offer to purchase the paid service by clicking the "Unlock Now" button or comparable buttons.
(3) The contract is concluded upon payment confirmation.
4. Prices and Payment
(1) All prices are final prices in USD. Applicable taxes are included where required.
(2) Payment is processed via Stripe. Common payment methods such as credit card and ACH are accepted.
(3) Access to the service is granted immediately upon successful payment.
5. Refund Policy
(1) Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.
(2) If you believe you have been charged in error or have a legitimate concern, please contact us at info@clevabiz.com within 7 days of purchase.
6. Liability and Warranty
(1) Information on funding programs is researched with the greatest possible care and regularly updated. However, the Provider does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the information provided.
(2) The Provider exclusively provides information on funding programs and does not provide individual legal or financial advice. Use of the information is at the Customer's own risk.
(3) The Provider is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and only up to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
7. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
(1) The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms where necessary to adapt to changed legal conditions or to introduce new services.
(2) Changes will be communicated to the Customer by email. The amended terms are deemed accepted if the Customer does not object within 30 days of receiving the notification.
9. Governing Law
(1) These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
(2) Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
