Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without stating any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the sample cancellation form below, but this is not required.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your cancellation. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Special Notice
Early expiration of the right of cancellation for digital content:
The right of cancellation expires early for contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium if we have begun performing the contract after the customer has:
- expressly consented to us beginning to perform the contract before the cancellation period has expired, and
- acknowledged that they lose their right of cancellation upon our beginning to perform the contract.
